Operations Manager at Leverage Seeds Limited

• Leverage Seeds Limited is expanding, and we’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Operations Manager who can confidently oversee activities across our factory and head office.
• If you have a background as a Breeder or in a similar agro-production field, and you’re passionate about building efficient systems that keep everything running smoothly from end to end, this role is designed for you.

What You’ll Lead

• Day-to-day oversight of the factory and head office operations
• Coordinating production schedules, quality control, and seed processing activities
• Ensuring factory teams follow proper safety, compliance, and operational standards
• Supervising administrative functions and staff performance
• Implementing operational policies, SOPs, and continuous improvement systems
• Managing inventory flow, procurement processes, and vendor relationships
• Supporting management in strategic planning and reporting
• Bridging communication between factory units and the head office
• Ensuring timely delivery of products and smooth logistics operations

Who We’re Looking For

• Degree in Agronomy, Plant Breeding, Crop Science, or related agricultural fields
• Proven experience in operations, preferably in seed production, agriculture, or manufacturing
• Strong understanding of production cycles, processing activities, and quality assurance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-management skills
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and maintain structure across multiple locations
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
