    Operations Manager

    Our home-based healthcare company to improve quality of life across all ages, while providing personalized healthcare service is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our organization. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction while meeting operational goals and upholding organizational values.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve company goals
    • Manage and oversee the scheduling, customer service, and administrative teams
    • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and insurance companies
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action
    • Collaborate with the Clinical Manager and other key stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient delivery of service and ensure that our services meet or exceed industry standards and regulations.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
    • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to staff to ensure high levels of engagement and productivity
    • Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports on operational performance 
    • Manage the budget for operations and ensure that expenses are within budgetary limits.
    • Ensure that all operations comply with our company's policies, procedures, and standards of ethical conduct.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
    • At least 2 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a home-based healthcare or related industry
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Proven experience in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze complex data and make sound recommendations.
    • Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Comfortable with the use of technology and keeping up with trends in the tech space.
    • The role may require traveling within Nigeria, candidate must be willing and open to travel as required

    Go to have:

    • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
    • Experience with financial management and budgeting
