About the Role:

We are hiring a forward-thinking Head of Operations to lead and optimize the company’s procurement process, inventory and EXPORT. The ideal candidate will ensure operational efficiency, effective resource management, and alignment of processes with the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operational functions across departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency within the operations team.
• Collaborate with management to align operational processes with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between logistics, HR, finance, and administration.

Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Proven experience leading supply chain process.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in operations or general management roles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ensure compliance with SOP across functions.
