Operations Manager at HUSH'D Makeover Limited

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Acts as the first point of contact with the MD
• Responding to phone calls and enquiries
• Managing the store operations and employees within the organization
• Supervising orders and deliveries
• Accurate record-keeping of all business transactions
• Manage and oversee activities of the spa and its operations
• Arrange and manage employees’ work schedules, considering different occasions and peak periods
• Compile reports-including treatment feedback, management reports, etc.
• Ensure proper cleaning of equipment and tools after use and follow hygiene practices across all spa rooms

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior experience as a supervisor or manager in a spa or in retail (minimum 3 years)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge  of bookkeeping and inventory procedures
• Customer service and/customer support experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Versatile and able to manage personnel and operations of a business
• Skin care savvy.
