Role Overview

As our Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of our business—overseeing day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring our teams and systems run like a well-oiled machine. You’ll work directly with senior leadership to drive growth, efficiency, and impact across the board.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across departments and ensure seamless workflow
• Develop and implement systems, processes, and policies that improve efficiency
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on project timelines and business goals
• Monitor budgets, logistics, and administrative functions
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
• Support strategic planning and business development initiatives
• Lead and coach team members to improve performance and productivity

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA is a plus)
• 3+ years of proven experience in operations, administration, or business management (preferably in real estate or a similar industry)
• Must be based in Abuja
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and operations/project management tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
