• Project Management, Operations Management, and Maintenance Management skills
• Experience in engineering, procurement, construction, and project management
• Financial acumen and budget management skills
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience in the oil & gas industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
