    Operations Manager (Fashion Industry)

    Position Summary

    • The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of the fashion house, ensuring efficiency, quality, and productivity across all departments.
    • This role involves managing production processes, supply chain, inventory, and ensuring that customer demands are met with a focus on quality and timeliness.
    • The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, an in-depth understanding of the fashion industry, and a proven ability to manage teams effectively.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily production schedules to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing of fashion products.
    • Manage inventory levels, ensuring stock availability while minimizing excess or shortages.
    • Coordinate with suppliers to source materials and maintain high-quality standards.
    • Supervise staff across production, logistics, and customer service departments to optimize performance.
    • Develop and implement workflow processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Monitor and enforce quality control standards throughout the production cycle.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
    • Prepare operational budgets and track performance against financial goals.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to meet customer demands and improve client satisfaction.
    • Analyze operational metrics and prepare reports to support decision-making.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
    • 1-2 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in inventory management software and other relevant tools.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
    • Knowledge of fashion production processes and supply chain management is an advantage.
