    Operations Manager

    Job Summary

    The Operations Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership across eDokita\'s healthcare and telehealth services. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, optimize internal processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality healthcare services to patients and stakeholders.

    This role requires a dynamic professional with strong leadership capabilities, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for leveraging technology to improve healthcare access.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and oversee the daily operational activities of the organization.
    • Develop and implement operational strategies that support organizational growth and sustainability.
    • Coordinate administrative, customer support, provider relations, logistics, and service delivery functions.
    • Monitor operational performance and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
    • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, organizational policies, and quality standards.
    • Manage relationships with healthcare providers, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders.
    • Oversee resource planning, budgeting, procurement, and cost optimization initiatives.
    • Collaborate with technology, clinical, and business teams to improve service delivery and patient experience.
    • Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
    • Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to executive management.
    • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, Operations Management, or a related field.
    • Master\'s degree or relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in operations management, preferably within healthcare, health technology, telemedicine, or related sectors.
    • Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
    • Strong understanding of healthcare service delivery and operational systems.
    • Proven track record of implementing operational improvements and achieving measurable results.
