Operations Manager at Eden Solutions and Resources

SUMMARY

The Operations Manager will be responsible for directing the daily operations of the retail chain in order to maximize profit and minimize costs.

Responsibilities:

• Review sales records to ensure set financial objectives are met.
• Carry out assessments to estimate the requirements of the store in order to facilitate provision of needed resources.
• Communicate with store managers to update them on recent developments, such as price change.
• Sales performance and customer satisfaction level.
• Conduct inventory analysis to determine optimal stock levels.
• Manage budgets.
• Listen to customer complaints to address & resolve their issues
• Evaluate operational and financial records to determine sales performance of a retail store.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a full time Operations Manager at a retail store
• Good standard of numerical skills.
• Worked in a fast pace, high turnover store
• The ability to plan and prioritise workloads and delegate accordingly
• The ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Ability to manage and lead the team ensuring a consistent and exceptional
• knowledge to engage with the customers.
