• Our client, a leading provider of Innovative Medical Technology Solutions through our e-commerce platform seeking to hire a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team and lead our operations to new levels of efficiency and success.
• As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational processes of our e-commerce platform.
• You will manage a team, collaborate with various departments, and ensure smooth and efficient order processing, inventory management, and supply chain operations. Your leadership and problem-solving skills will be key to our success.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of operations and logistics professionals.
• Develop and implement efficient and scalable operational processes.
• Oversee order fulfillment, inventory control, and supply chain management.
• Monitor and optimize warehouse and distribution operations.
• Collaborate with other departments, including customer service and sales, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement best practices in inventory management and order processing.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven track record of at least 5 years in operations management, preferably in e-commerce or medical tech.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using operations management software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
