Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Manager based in Lagos, with some work-from-home flexibility.
• The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient processes and systems, manage resources and teams, and implement strategies for business growth.
• Responsibilities include monitoring performance, optimizing operational procedures, managing budgets, and collaborating with various departments to achieve organizational goals.
• The Operations Manager will also focus on improving productivity and efficiency while maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and improve operational processes across departments (e.g., service delivery, support, logistics)
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with leadership to align operational plans with company goals
• Coordinate resource planning, workflow optimization, and vendor management
• Implement tools and systems to enhance operational visibility and performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and service-level agreements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
• 5+ years of operations management experience, preferably in tech or cloud services
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with a focus on process improvement
• Experience with operational tools and metrics (e.g., CRM, ERP, ticketing systems)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
