    Operations Manager

    Position Overview

    • As the Operational Manager, you will play a major role in execution and overseeing operations activities. You will be responsible for leading a team of area managers, ensuring personnel efficiency in a dynamic and challenging environment at your assigned region.

    Key Responsibilities
    Team Leadership:

    • Direct management and Supervise 3-4 area managers, providing leadership and support. Overseen 80-100+ client’s locations.
    • Manage a diverse team of professional personnel according to company procedures and guidelines.

    Operational Oversight:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to safeguard client assets ensuring efficiency and professionality.
    • Monitor and optimize operational processes to enhance high level of service delivery.

    Personnel Management:

    • Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate professional development for clients and staff.
    • Oversee recruitment, constant training, and onboarding processes to maintain a skilled and competent workforce.

    Client Relations:

    • Identify and understand clients' needs, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
    • Act as a point of contact for client communications and address any concerns or inquiries promptly.

    Emergency Response and Crisis Management:

    • Coordinate rapid responses for emergencies or breaches, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
    • Collaborate with law enforcement and relevant authorities when necessary.

    Resource Management:

    • ensuring cost-effectiveness, you will be responsible to kit, vetting, and documenting all personnel under your responsibility according to company policy, without compromising on quality.
    • Allocate resources efficiently to meet operational requirements.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Proven experience in a managerial role within major service provider industry.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
    • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
    • Previous experience managing security or technical teams.
    • Certifications in security management or technical installations are advantageous.
