Position Overview

• We seek a dynamic and experienced Business Technology Consultant with a strong background in Business Operations Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions, ensuring our clients achieve their strategic objectives through effective technology integration and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business operations, challenges, and objectives.
• Solution Development: Implement 390 software to align with clients’ business strategies and operational needs.
• Process Optimization: Analyze and improve existing business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, facilitating precise and effective communication.
• Change Management: Support clients in managing organizational change associated with technology implementations.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Business Operations Management, preferably within a consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of business processes and how technology can enhance them.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
• Project management experience, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Proficiency in relevant software and technology tools (e.g., CRM systems, project management software).

Preferred:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related discipline.
• Experience with specific industries relevant to 390’s client base.
• Knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence tools.
