Job Description

Asset Monitoring and Reporting

• Daily Inspection and monitoring of all C&I asset performance
• Preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual site performance reports and recommendations on site optimization
• Provide timely written review reports from field operation, status and constructive feedback as requested
• Ensure that all O&M activities performed at project sites comply with OEM (original equipment manufacturer) requirements and warranties and plans
• Record and report all faults, deficiencies and other unusual occurrences, 
•  Support warranty claims documentations if required

O&M Work Planning 

• Schedule O&M tasks for third party contractor in a timely and proactive manner
• Analyse maintenance services reports from contractors and create job orders for corrective maintenance
• Visit C&I sites and ensure quality control and assurance from sub-contractors
• Conduct post maintenance reviews to identify areas for future improvements
• Manage relationship with subcontractors and ensure agreed scope of work is delivered
• Maintain oversight function on the C&I asset Inventory and ensure reorder level is triggered accordingly
• Perform QA and QC reviews on job done by contractors
• Ensure HSES compliance by contractors 

Issue Resolution 

• Document, resolve and/or escalate and close out issues within defined SLAs.
• Document the time and materials expended on work orders
• Respond to emergency call outs
• Travel to project sites and vendor locations as assigned to perform all aspects of onsite installation, repair, maintenance, oversight & modification as required.
• Any other task assigned by the Operations and Maintenance Manager

Qualifications

The following criteria will be considered in selecting an O&M associate for C&I projects

• Years of cognate experience in operations/maintenance of Solar C&I solutions (Min 5 years)
• Minimum of Bachelors degree (2nd Class) in Electrical/Mechanical /Computer Engineering
• Competency in data analysis and visualization (Power Bi, Excel and/or Python)
• Relevant certificates (COREN/NAPTIN)
• High Proficiency with solar PV, BESS and Inverter technologies
• HSES certifications/experience (Added Benefit)
