Operations Executive at Cutting Edge Partners

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth functioning of all departments.
• Coordinate resources, manage logistics, and maintain efficient operational workflows.
• Liaise with clients to ensure exceptional service delivery and timely resolution of issues.
• Assist in developing and implementing process improvement strategies to optimize efficiency.
• Prepare operational reports, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to management.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of financial services is a plus.
