Operations Executive at Botmot Nigeria Limited

Responsibilities

• Oversight of the day-to-day operations.
• Ensure compliance to various contract and service level agreements in terms of costs to the company,productivity incentives and any penalities arising out of non-compliance.
• Monitoring set performances measures fpr external vendor's deliverables and follow up on perfoemance.
• Effective handling of service providers, clients and authorities.
• Carrying out proper planning of operational tasks,implementing and continuosly refining and updating procedures to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Building a more effective service delivery time ad reduction of down times.
• Ensuring operation deadlines are met.
• Creation of sales goals,often in co-operation with other executives and the Chief Executive Officer.
• Communicating with upper management to develop strategic operation goals.
• Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns.
• Conducting research and analyzing data to identify new clients and business leads.
• Create and engage in promotional activities aim at increasing market share.
• Any other function assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the agriculture or fast-moving consumer goods sector.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and quality control standards.
