Operations Data Analyst at CDcare

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Retrieve data from CDcare’s customer database
• Ensure the accuracy of customer’s data inputted into the database
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in CDcare’s purchases
• Create accurate spreadsheets and dashboards with large amount of customer and sales data
• Verify information by comparing it to source data
• Receive and record shipments from vendors
• Crosscheck and confirm items received as against items requested for
• Sort customers’ orders for dispatch
• Responsible for preparing insightful reports for management based on the company's business activities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned

REQUIRMENT

• Must have advanced excel and google sheet skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to multitask.
• Excellent written, oral, data and graphical communication skills,
• Strong math, logic and statistical skills.
• Ability to learn fast.
