Operations Coordinator at Hubryde Limited

Location: Ojodu Berger, Lagos

Job Objective

• Facilitate, drive, and exceed revenue goals through effective coordination of the 4Ms of management.

Job Responsibilities
Trip Management:

• Map out routes of operation based on the company’s predefined parameters and conduct a route survey to ascertain the suitability of the route for Hubryde operation. Plan for end-to-end parking of vehicles.
• Ensure 100% optimization of all vehicles on the Hubryde platform.
• Plan and deploy buses to approved routes.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor all trips i.e., Ridesharing, Short-hire, Personal and Multi-Pax Subscription.
• Ensure drivers are available, qualified, and positioned for every trip.
• Prepare operations budget, expend, and reconcile expenses.
• Query, ascertain, and resolve trip issues and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
• Debrief drivers at regular intervals to ascertain operational challenges and resolve them.
• Manage driver performance and ensure compliance with the speed limit and safety requirements.

Stakeholder Management:

• Follow-up with vehicle partners to ensure vehicles are available, fit, and positioned for daily operation.
• Collaborate and supervise the Growth Associate(s) and Front-Line Ambassador(s) to ensure that each trip is successful.
• Build and maintain a good working relationship with GAs, FLAs, Drivers, and Partners.
• Build and maintain a good working relationship with Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) e.g., Nigeria Police, FRSC, VIO, LASTMA, etc. and Trade Unions e.g., NURTW, RTEAN, etc.
• Liaise with the Tech team to get daily, weekly, and monthly trip data for analysis and reporting.
• Liaise with Hubryde Partners to ensure all vehicle documents are valid and up to date.
• Liaise with the Customer Success team to get details of Short-hire trips and ensure buses are positioned and Drivers are well briefed before deployment for operation.

Project Management:

• Plan, execute and ensure daily, weekly, and monthly trip targets are met.

Analysis, Reporting & Presentation:

• Analyze and report daily, weekly, and monthly trip performance
• Provide management with a comprehensive insight into field operations.

Eligibility Requirements

• B.Sc. in Transport Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a transport company or operations role.
• Strong IT literacy: the ability to use mobile and web applications effectively.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
• Knowledge of Google products i.e., Google Sheet, Google Form, Google Doc, Google presentation, etc.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal transportation laws and regulations.
• Good spoken and written English
• Ability to design, review and optimize operational processes.
• Good leadership, managerial, communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
• Excellent analytical, reporting, reasoning, problem-solving and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 monthly.
