    Operations & Campaign Coordinator

    • We are looking for a Marketing Operations & Campaign Systems Coordinator to help improve operational structure, coordinate campaign execution, manage workflows across projects, and support the day-to-day coordination of client and internal marketing activities.
    • This role is ideal for someone who understands both branding, marketing execution and operational coordination, someone who can help bring structure, accountability, organization, and consistency to fast-moving creative and marketing environments.

    What You’ll Be Responsible For

    • Coordinate execution across client retainers, campaigns, content projects, and marketing activities
    • Support operational workflow systems across strategy, content, approvals, publishing, reporting, and communication
    • Coordinate creatives, editors, designers, social media managers, and execution teams
    • Track deliverables, timelines, campaign progress, and team accountability
    • Support campaign planning, execution flow, and operational organization
    • Help improve internal systems, processes, and execution structure across the company brand operations
    • Support live campaign and event coordination when required
    • Maintain proactive communication across projects and teams

    What We’re Looking For

    • 2–5 years experience in marketing operations, campaign coordination, account management, agency operations, or project coordination
    • Strong understanding of social media, content marketing, campaign execution, and digital workflows
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple fast-moving projects simultaneously
    • Proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented mindset
    • Ability to work within a growing, evolving environment and help improve structure over time
    • Experience using tools like ClickUp, Asana, Notion, Trello, Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace, or similar workflow tools is an advantage
    • Experience within media, marketing, lifestyle, hospitality, entertainment, events, or experiential industries is an added advantage.
