Operations Assistant at MyIT Consult Ltd

The Operations Assistant will be integral to supporting the operations team with logistics coordination. The role includes the following key duties:

• Assisting in the coordination of logistics operations, including sorting, tracking, and dispatching riders.
• Supporting the team with the management of rider allocation and ensuring smooth dispatch to client locations.
• Maintaining accurate databases and records for tracking purposes.
• Collaborating with riders to optimize operational processes and improve service delivery.
• Responding to inquiries from riders and prospective clients, offering necessary support and guidance.
• Contributing to the completion of special projects and any other tasks as delegated by management.

• Familiarity with marketing and sales techniques, particularly in service-oriented industries.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A minimum of Secondary School Certificate completion.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in the respective role.
• Proven track record of successfully solving logistical challenges and improving operational efficiency.
• Experience in customer relationship management and team coordination.
• A strong commitment to working with MPI for a minimum duration of six months.
