    Operations & Admin Manager

    • Carmedis is looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Operations & Admin Manager to oversee daily workshop operations, staff coordination, administrative activities, and service workflow.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise daily operations and workshop activities
    • Coordinate technicians and support staff
    • Monitor productivity, discipline, and service quality
    • Ensure smooth customer service and job delivery
    • Prepare operational and administrative reports
    • Support staff management and process enforcement

    Requirements:

    • Strong leadership and organizational skills
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
    • Experience in operations, administration, or team management
