    Operation / Technical Officer

    Job Responsibilities

    • Sourcing for clients online to enhance sales of truck services.
    • Ensure the fulfillment of job orders at stipulated lead time.
    • Monitor job orders, track trucks and share updates with management and clients from time to time.
    • Be responsible for the onboarding of both individual/company truck suppliers.
    • Generate and prepare job order reports and present same to Management daily.
    • Recommend strategies, plans, and means to improve sales.
    • Provide excellent customer service in order to build and maintain a strong relationship with customers.
    • Ensure the weekly and monthly set revenue target of the company is achieved
    • Ensure customer complaints are handled and resolved accurately and quickly.
    • Develop and recommend to management plans to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
    • Shall liaise with truck providers to ensure visibility of all deployed assets and share same with management from time to time.
    • Monitor and ensure fleet operations are in compliance with local and state rules and regulations.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering Sales or Social Sciences from a reputable tertiary institution.
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in Supply Chain Management and Logistics.
    • Excellent negotiating, interpersonal, communication and change management skills.
    • Sound knowledge of information systems, backend development, software management and technical skills
    • Strong knowledge of computer operations and tools
    • Positive attitude, energetic approach and self-motivation are essential.
    • Open attitude understand start-up challenges and how to multi-task and manage multi-dimensional roles
    • Ability to ensure tasks within areas of responsibility is completed in a timely manner.
    • Must have a go getter attitude
    • Exceptional training and presentations skills, including ability to make formal presentations internal and externally.
    • Proven track record of leadership.
