Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the foundation, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the foundation's goals.
- Lead and manage team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure successful execution of projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Female candidates only.
- Resident of Abuja.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in operations management or a related field is preferred.
