    Operation Manager, Facilities & Fleet Management

    Job Summary

    • The Operation Manager, Facilities & Fleet Management will be responsible for the strategic planning, administration, maintenance, and optimization of the Company's facilities, assets, and fleet operations across all locations.
    • The successful candidate will ensure efficient management of physical infrastructure, vehicles, equipment, utilities, safety compliance, and facility-related services while driving cost efficiency and operational effectiveness.

    Key Responsibilities

    Facilities Management

    • Develop and implement facility management strategies, policies, and procedures across all Company locations.
    • Oversee the maintenance, renovation, and improvement of office buildings, sales outlets, estates, experience centres, and other Company properties.
    • Ensure all facilities remain functional, safe, compliant, and conducive for business operations.
    • Supervise facility service providers, contractors, and maintenance teams.
    • Manage utilities, energy consumption, waste management, and environmental sustainability initiatives.
    • Conduct regular facility audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

    Fleet Management

    • Oversee the Company's fleet operations, including allocation, utilization, maintenance, and replacement planning.
    • Develop preventive maintenance schedules for all Company vehicles.
    • Monitor vehicle performance, fuel consumption, repairs, and operational costs.
    • Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, vehicle licensing, insurance, and documentation requirements.
    • Implement fleet tracking systems and controls to improve accountability and efficiency.
    • Develop strategies to reduce fleet operating costs and downtime.

    Asset & Operational Management -

    • Maintain accurate records of Company assets, facilities, and fleet inventory.
    • Develop asset lifecycle management plans.
    • Prepare annual budgets and monitor expenditures relating to facilities and fleet operations.
    • Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining service quality.
    • Generate periodic management reports on facilities performance, fleet utilization, maintenance costs, and operational efficiency.

    Health, Safety & Compliance

    • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
    • Coordinate emergency preparedness and business continuity initiatives.
    • Promote workplace safety standards across all Company facilities.

    Requirements

    Educational Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Estate Management, Facilities Management, Transport Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or any related discipline.
    • A Master's Degree will be an added advantage. Professional Certifications Possession of any of the following will be an added advantage:
    • IFMA Certification - Facilities Management Professional (FMP) - Project Management Professional (PMP) - Certified Fleet Manager (CFM) Experience - Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in Facilities Management, Fleet Management, Operations, Logistics, Administration, or Asset Management. - At least 5 years in a senior management role.  
    • Experience managing multi-location operations and large vehicle fleets is highly desirable.

    • Knowledge of facility maintenance systems and fleet management technologies.
