Open RAN Configuration Engineer at Ascentech Services Limited

Ascentech Services Limited - Our client, a leading player in the Telecommunications industry, is currently looking to fill the vacant position of Open RAN Configuration Engineer.

Requirements:

• BSc/HND in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Extensive knowledge and previous participation in 3GPP standards across RAN1-4, SA
• Extensive experience and knowledge of platform and virtualization standards
• Experience and knowledge of SON and RIC optimization
• Experience and knowledge of configuration and Open RAN management standards
• Extensive knowledge of functional splits in Open RAN and impact on architecture
• Strong experience in link and system level simulations for validating proposals
• Experience in presenting proposals and presentations to large groups, defending proposals and collaborating with member companies in order to drive a successful standard
• Experienced in solution POC, integration and testing
• Background in CORE PARAMETERS
