Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to project timelines.
• Collaborate with project teams to implement and execute project plans effectively.
• Compile and submit comprehensive daily reports on site activities, progress, and challenges.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed of site developments.
• Supervise the receipt, recording, and management of on-site inventory.
• Ensure accurate documentation of building materials, usage, and replenishment needs.
• Generate regular reports on inventory levels and material usage.
• Identify and address site discrepancies promptly to prevent delays or disruptions.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to find effective solutions.
• Escalate critical issues to higher management as necessary.
• Manage the requisition process for site-related needs.
• Keep accurate records of requisitions, approvals, and deliveries.
• Provide timely reports on requisition status and resource availability.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction/real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of site operations, inventory management, and building materials.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of relevant safety and compliance standards.
