    Online Store Manager

    Core Responsibilities

    • Over-all management of the company's Online Retail Store operation
    • Ensuring high customer traffic & satisfaction
    • Delightful management of the entire Customer Order Processing Cycle
    • Promoting continuous repeat-purchase
    • Articulation & execution of all stipulated targets attainment strategies
    • Effective leadership of the Online Retail Store staff
    • Stock/inventory management
    • Management of relationships with all support departments
    • Ensuring incremental customer-base, revenue & profitability growth.
    • Effective management of prospective & existing customers Etc

    Description of the Ideal Candidate

    • Minimum of 10 years’ Sales experience
    • Minimum of 5 years' Online Retail Store Management experience
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role at a reputable company
    • Minimum of a first degree in any discipline
    • Possession of an MBA will be an advantage
    • A very organised & self-driven personality
    • Strong analytical & operations management skills
    • Very good oral & written English
