Online Sales Representative (WhatsApp and Instagram) at Philmoore Stores

A fast-rising lingerie and gym wear wholesale/retail business based in Oluwole, Lagos Island is looking for vibrant and social media-savvy Online Sales Representative to manage customer inquiries, drive sales, and build our online presence across WhatsApp, Instagram, and TikTok.

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to customer messages and comments on WhatsApp, Instagram & TikTok promptly.
• Process and confirm online orders, track deliveries, and follow up with customers.
• Post engaging content and product updates using approved templates or ideas.
• Drive sales and meet daily/weekly sales targets.-* Keep records of daily sales chats and customer complaints.
• Coordinate with dispatch, store keeper, and operations lead to fulfill orders.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the right department (Admin/Operations/HR).

Requirements

• Minimum SSCE/OND.
• 1+ year experience in online customer service, sales, or related roles.
• Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Strong written communication and persuasive selling skills.
• Must be tech-savvy, polite, and have a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Resides within or close to Lagos Island is an added advantage.
