    Online Sales Marketer

    Key Responsibilities

    Order Processing

    1. Accurately process online orders and ensure timely coordination with floor staff for fulfillment.
    2. Verify product availability and communicate with customers regarding order status.
    3. Collaborate with the logistics team for prompt delivery arrangements.

    Refill Management

    1. Maintain an updated database of repeat customers, including refill schedules for pharmacy products.
    2. Generate refill reminders and follow up with customers to confirm orders.
    3. Work proactively to identify potential refill opportunities based on customer purchase patterns.

    Customer Support

    1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries received through the website, email, and social media.
    2. Provide detailed product information and make recommendations based on customer needs.
    3. Handle complaints or issues, escalating to the supervisor when necessary.

    Inventory Coordination

    1. Regularly check with floor staff to ensure online product listings are accurate and up-to-date.
    2. Notify the inventory team about low-stock or out-of-stock items flagged during order processing.
    3. Coordinate with the floor team to manage orders requiring in-store pickup.

    Sales Generation

    1. Promote both in-store and beyond-inventory products to online customers.
    2. Suggest complementary products to increase sales value per order.
    3. Monitor online sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth.

    Reporting

    1. Generate daily reports on order statuses, refills, and customer inquiries.
    2. Provide weekly updates on sales trends, customer feedback, and areas for improvement.
    3. Track key performance metrics such as fulfillment accuracy, delivery times, and customer satisfaction.

    Performance Expectations

    1. Accuracy: Ensure all orders are processed without errors and customer communications are clear and precise.
    2. Timeliness: Meet order processing deadlines and follow up on refills promptly.
    3. Team Collaboration: Maintain effective communication with floor staff and supervisors to support smooth operations.
    4. Customer Satisfaction: Deliver high-quality service to maintain a positive customer experience.
    5. Growth Contribution: Identify opportunities to increase online sales and customer engagement.

    Qualification

    1. BSC, OND, HND
    2. Knowledge of online marketing 
    3. Work experience in a retail store chain store will be a plus
