Job Description

• We are looking for a passionate and experienced Online Music Teacher to teach students virtually. The ideal candidate should be able to create engaging lessons, explain musical concepts clearly, and help learners develop their musical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging one-on-one music lessons online.
• Teach music theory, practical skills, and relevant musical techniques.
• Assess learners’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Prepare lesson plans based on each learner’s level and needs.
• Encourage and motivate learners throughout their learning journey.
• Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance for scheduled classes.
• Communicate effectively with learners, parents, and the Operations team.
• Keep accurate records of learners’ progress and performance.

Requirements

• Degree, Diploma, or relevant certification in Music or a related field with 2-5 years experience.
• Proven experience teaching music, preferably online.
• Proficiency in more than one musical instrument.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable device for online teaching.
• Ability to create an engaging and interactive virtual learning environment.
• Patience and the ability to work with learners of different ages and skill levels.
