Offshore Drilling Supervisor

- Job Field Engineering / Technical
MAIN FUNCTIONS
- Manage operational risks and implement corrective actions when required.
- Monitor drilling parameters and recommend improvements to maximize performance.
- Ensure proper well control practices are maintained throughout operations.
- Review and approve daily drilling reports and operational documentation.
- Ensure continuous compliance with well control standards.
- Verify the functionality and testing of Blowout Preventer (BOP) systems.
- Monitor kick detection and well control indicators.
- Lead well control operations when necessary.
- Ensure personnel maintain valid well control certifications.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- 15 + Years of experience
- Bachelors/ 3-5 yr Degree
