Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the office building, allowing only authorized individuals entry
• Verify identification and credentials of visitors and employees
• Conduct security checks of bags and belongings to prevent unauthorized items from entering the building
• Respond to alarms and emergencies, such as fire or medical incidents, and take appropriate action
• Assist with building evacuation procedures in case of emergencies
• Communicate effectively with building occupants, security team members, and emergency responders
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of security incidents and activities
• Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and employees
• Follow all security protocols and procedures as outlined by the company

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in security or related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
• Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods
• Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
