    Office Manager / Accountant

    Responsibilities:

    • Managing the General Office Administration.
    • Recording and analyzing financial data accurately.
    • Preparing financial reports.
    • Overseeing accounts payable and receivable functions.
    • Assisting in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
    • Conducting regular audits to ensure financial integrity.
    • Collaborating with other team members to develop and implement financial strategies.
    • Providing financial insights and recommendations to management for decision-making.
    • Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial tasks
    • Any other duties that might be assigned by the Management.

    Requirements

    • HND/B.Sc/M.Sc in Accounting or a related field.
    • Strong IT literacy and proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
    • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance roles.
    • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
    • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to handle complex financial data.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with the team.
    • Management and Administrative Skills will be an added advantage.
