Background

• WIMA is seeking a responsible, punctual, and professional Office Assistant/Field Driver to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will ensure safe and timely transportation for staff, clients, and official documents while maintaining the company’s vehicle is in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport staff, clients, and documents to assigned destinations.
• Ensure timely arrival and departure for meetings and appointments.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and safeguarding of company staff and vehicles.
• Ensure daily, weekly and monthly maintenance of vehicles
• Assist with field activities and report any issues promptly.
• Keep accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance register.
• Comply with all traffic laws and company safety policies.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 10 years of professional driving experience with international organization or private sector.
• Knowledge of local roads and routes.
• Punctual, reliable, and professional demeanor.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Knowledge about Kaduna environs and Field navigation.
