Job Summary

• We are seeking a reliable and proactive Office Assistant to support the daily operations of our law firm.
• The ideal candidate will assist lawyers and administrative staff with routine office tasks, errands, and basic document handling. Proximity to Magodo Brooks or Ketu is a key requirement due to the nature of the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Run errands within and outside the office as required by the lawyers or management.
• Ensure the office is kept clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Assist in photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing of legal documents.
• Deliver and submit files or documents to clients, courts, and other organizations as instructed.
• Support the administrative team with basic clerical duties such as sorting mail and organizing files.
• Maintain office supplies and report when replenishment is needed.
• Perform any other related duties assigned by the lawyers or office administrator.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification.
• Must reside within Magodo Brooks, Ketu, or nearby areas.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be trustworthy, hardworking, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.
• Prior experience in an office environment will be an added advantage.

Salary
N50,000 - N60,000 per month.
