    Office Assistant

    Job Duties
    The office assistant’s duties include but are not limited to the following:

    • Cleaning and organizing the office as well as maintaining office equipment
    • Monitor level of supplies and manage inventory
    • Perform receptionist duties when needed
    • Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
    • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing
    • Organize office and assist staff in ways that optimize procedures


    • SSCE, OND, NCE.


    • At least 1 year of experience in office assistance and administrative support.

    • Organizational skill
    • Outstanding customer service
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Outstanding customer service
    • Ability to operate general office equipment
    • Basic computing skills.
