    Office Assistant / Cleaner

    Location: Ikeja, Lagos

    Job Description

    • Managing filing system.
    • Recording information as needed.
    • Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
    • Helping organize, maintain and clean the office areas.
    • Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
    • Aiding with client reception as needed.

    Specifications

    • First School Leaving Certificate
    • Experience as an office assistant or in related field an added advantage
    • Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
    • Warm personality with strong communication skills.
    • Ability to work well under limited supervision.
    • Great communication skills
    • Computer skills is an added advantage

    Preference:

    • Applicants residing around Ikeja, Ogba and Berger areas of Lagos would be given preference
    • Male applicants would be preferred.
