Office Assistant/Cleaner at People Performance Improvement Solutions Limited (PPIS Consulting)

The position is full-time with opportunity for growth to be a full -time Environment Officer -depending on ability and skills/personality.

Purpose of The Job:To clean and disinfect the Company’s environment

Dties and Responsibilities:

• Clean company’s premises at regular intervals daily
• Disinfect identified surfaces and environment in keeping with company’s hygiene standards
• Assisting the garden’s consultant in wetting/weeding and harvesting the garden’s produce.
• Assisting in preparing waste products for use as compost manure.
• Candidate:Must be a calm person that can work under pressure with temperament and experience to be a good Team member. Must be able to influence Team to achieve result and take responsibility.

Specification Knowledge:

Essential: Understanding of spoken and written English.  .

Desirable: Understanding of  planting and taking care of fruits and veggies.

Work Skills:

• Essential: Good motor skills to be able to handle cleaning and garden equipment.
• Desirable:Ability to do organic farming

General Skills / Attributes:

• Essential:Good motor skills
• Desirable: Ability to work hard

Experience:

Essential: Working experience in a good customer service environment

Desirable:Work experience in Hospitality industry (Wellness/health foods/service industry).

Qualifications / Education:

Essential: A minimum of School Cert. Leaving Certificate

Desirable: Diploma/Certificate in Cleaning/Environmental studies.
