Office Assistant / Cleaner at Integrated Systems & Devices Ltd

Duties / Responsibilities

• Keeps / maintain accurate records of electricity usage, petrol / diesel usage, manages waste disposal and actively involved in environmental mamangemt system for the office
• Cleans and dusts the office, its environs / common arears on a daily basis and as required.
• Wash the toilet(s)
• File and retrieve documents and reference materialls
• Be the first of contact for walk-in visitors
• Run errand
• To ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
• To maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
• Give administrative reports as required
• Actively participate in all QHSE related activities.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Skill, knowledge, education and experience

• OND in business administration, public administration, office administration or related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ work experience in a similar position
• Administrative writing skills
• Good oral and writing communication skills
• Knowledgeable in computer system.
• Knowledge of standard office administration practices and procedures
• Organizational and planning skills.
