Job Description

• Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
• Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
• Performing general office clerk duties and work related errands.
• Take and distribute accurate messages.
• Monitor and maintain office supplies.
• Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced as needed.
• Keep office area clean and tidy.
• Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas.
• Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping.
• Carry out deep cleaning and detailed cleaning tasks.
• Notify management of deficiencies or repairs required.
• Stock and maintain supply rooms as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Must stay within Surulere.
• Experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
• Warm personality with strong communication skills..
• Good numeracy and literacy.
• High level of attention-to-detail.
• Good organisational abilities.
• Enthusiasm to develop your skills and knowledge.
• Adaptability to change and willingness to embrace new ideas and processes.
• Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work.
