Office Assistant at Buckler Ordnance Systems Limited

Location: Ajah-Sangotedo, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

• Organize office and assist colleagues in ways that optimize procedures
• Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
• Create and update records ensuring the accuracy and validity of information
• Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
• Assist with purchase for other departments
• Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
• Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues
• Photocopies, scans, and files appropriate documents
• Edits documents for accuracy
• Assists with organizing events when necessary
• Signs for delivered packages and distributes them to the appropriate recipient
• Engages in educational opportunities as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualification and Experience

• Interested candidates should possess OND qualification with 1-2 years work experience

Salary
N40,000 - N50,000 / Month.
