REQUIREMENT
- Minimum OND
- 2-4 years of experience as an Office Assistant
Job Duties/ Responsibilities/ Accountabilities
- Maintenance of office facility and utilities.
- Taking stock of company supplies like diesel, water, electronics, stationaries, etc.
- Receive only inbound phone calls, first point of contact for walk-in visitors (Greet, ask how you might help and direct/call attention of appropriate personnel)
- Sundry- Any other task as may be assigned by management
