    NYSC / Trainee Associate

    Job Description

    • Research various legal issues and case Law, and provide seasoned legal opinion.
    • Draft legal documents.
    • Assist in case management.
    • Provide legal support and advice on commercial transactions.
    • Collaborate with Senior Associates and Team Leads to develop strategies and legal solutions.
    • Monitor trends, keep abreast of developments, and provide updates in assigned areas of law.
    • Ensure compliance with ethical standards and maintain professional conduct at all times.
