Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Promote the company’s products and services to clients.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Generate leads and follow up on potential customers.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships.
• Support sales and marketing activities to achieve company targets.

Requirements

• Must be a serving NYSC Corps Member in Abuja seeking a Place of Primary Assignment (PPA).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with customer service tools is an advantage.
