This is a high-impact, full-time hands-on role focused on educating parents, building an engaged nutrition community, creating evidence-based content, and supporting customers with practical nutrition guidance. The ideal candidate is passionate about child nutrition, an excellent communicator, and enjoys simplifying complex nutrition concepts into practical advice for everyday families.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage our Nutrition community, including weekly educational sessions and weekday nutrition Q&A.
Create engaging nutrition content, including blog articles, feeding guides, product education resources and FAQs.
Support our social media and marketing teams with evidence-based nutrition content and campaign ideas.
Develop nutrition recommendation guides, product bundles and educational resources to support customers and the customer service team.
Organise monthly expert sessions with paediatricians and other child health professionals.
Build and maintain an internal nutrition knowledge base and educational resource library.
Support product education by reviewing nutrition information, preparation guides and product documentation.
Stay up to date with current nutrition research and ensure all educational content reflects evidence-based best practices.
WHO YOU ARE
Degree in Nutrition, Human Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science or a related field.
Fully available and committed to a full-time role.
Strong understanding of maternal, infant and child nutrition.
Excellent writing, research and communication skills.
Passionate about educating and supporting parents.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Able to work independently, take ownership and manage multiple priorities.
Professional enough to recognise the boundaries of the role and appropriately escalate medical or complex clinical questions.
NICE TO HAVE
Experience creating educational or SEO-optimised content.
Experience managing online communities such as WhatsApp or Facebook Groups.
Knowledge of African foods and child feeding practices.
Experience supporting customer education or health communication.
Experience working in a startup or fast-growing company.
