Nursery & Primary School Teacher at Courselord Academy

Job Description:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the learning needs of pupils in Nursery and Primary levels.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and supportive learning environment.
• Develop teaching materials and prepare lesson plans in accordance with the school’s curriculum.
• Monitor and assess pupils\' progress, giving feedback and recording performance.
• Work closely with parents and school management on pupil development.

Requirements:

• Minimum of NCE, HND, B.Ed., or related qualifications in Education. (SSCE for teaching assistant role)
• Experience with early years or primary education.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
• Passionate about teaching and child development.
• Knowledge of phonics and modern teaching aids is an added advantage.
