    Nurse Practitioner

    About the role

    • We are looking for a full-time, Nurse Practitioner to join our reputable team of professionals to provide primary health care within our facility.
    • The ideal candidate is one who has a kind and nurturing personality and is able to communicate excellently.
    • The successful candidate will report to the Head Nurse and work closely with other medical staff to ensure proper duty of care is provided to patients.
    • The candidate will be responsible for patient assessment, planning of care, patient monitoring, taking vital signs, and nurturing patients to recovery.

    Your Primary Responsibilities

    • Provide high-quality patient care.
    • Perform physical exams and patient observations
    • Record patients’ details, current health symptoms and medical history
    • Prepare patients for exams and treatment
    • Administer medications and treatments, then monitor patients for side effects and reactions
    • Create, implement, and evaluate patient care plans with the medical team
    • Administer diagnostic tests, medicine and other treatments
    • Monitor and operate medical equipment
    • Perform wound care, and modify treatment plans, as needed,
    • Assist with medical procedures as needed
    • Operate and monitor medical equipment
    • Collect blood samples, urine samples, and other body fluids for lab work
    • Answer patients’ questions and educate them and their family members on treatment and care plans

    Required experience and qualifications

    • A nursing degree or certificate
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Willing to learn and able to work in a multicultural team.
    • Detail oriented and able to maintain meticulous records.
    • Proficient with medical equipment required to perform nursing work.
    • Knowledgeable about computer use and data management solutions.
