    Nurse Assistant

    Job Responsibilities:  

    • Ensure operational readiness of all procedure areas.  
    • Provide ongoing monitoring of all procedural areas, including semen rooms and recovery rooms, ensuring quality standards are maintained at all times.  
    • Supervise outsourced service providers, such as cleaning and laundry services, to ensure timely and effective service provision.  
    • Manage cleaners to ensure procedural areas are cleaned according to the defined schedule and as needed.  
    • Oversee laundry services to ensure timely supply of fresh linens.  
    • Manage equipment sterilization, including washing, drying, sealing, and labeling.  
    • Ensure quality assurance by adhering to agreed SOPs and standards in all processes and procedures.  
    • Assist in providing oversight on stock usage.  
    • Support preparation of stock reports and ensure supply/stock inventory is up-to-date.  
    • Ensure documentation of client information in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).  
    • Ensure that all needed documents, such as Post SIR, Post UDFA, and Post ET documents, are available for use in sufficient printed copies.  
    •  Retrieve clients’ test results and other records as required.  
    • Retrieve customer feedback forms and upload appropriately.  

    Job Requirements:  

    • Diploma in Health Sciences (e.g., Community Health Extension Workers, Community Health Officers).  
    • Minimum of 1–2 years of post-qualification experience.  
    •  Strong emotional intelligence, with the ability to manage sensitive issues with empathy and tact.  
    • Strong interpersonal skills with a high degree of ethical standards and integrity.  
    • Strong attention to detail.  
    • Good communication skills.  
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
