We are looking for a senior capable Node.js developer to optimize our web-based application performance.
The candidate will collaborate with other developers, design back-end components, and integrate data storage and protection solutions.
This is a remote position.
Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining all server-side network components.
Ensuring optimal performance of the central database and responsiveness to front-end requests.
Collaborating with front-end developers on the integration of elements.
Designing customer-facing UI and back-end services for various business processes.
Developing high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code.
Implementing effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions.
Running diagnostic tests, repairing defects, and providing technical support.
Documenting Node.js processes, including database schemas, as well as preparing reports.
Recommending and implementing improvements to processes and technologies.
Keeping informed of advancements in the field of Node.js development.
Requirements
Good work experience as a Fullstack Engineer/Developer
In-depth experience with React.js, Node.js, possessing broad knowledge of JavaScript in general and Node.js internals.
In-depth experience and understanding of NoSQL DB/MongoDB query optimization, query profiling, alert resolution, and ability to read and understand performance details of queries before application.
In-depth experience working with Redis DB, and its various commands.
Previous participation in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging.
Write clean code to develop functional applications.
Must be a great collaborator and understand that startups are a team sport.
Ability to take care of monitoring, alerting, and logs.
At least three years of experience as a Node.js developer.
Great organizational and time management skills.
Availability to resolve urgent web application issues outside of business hours.
