• Oversees Active and Passive Network Monitoring & Support Operations
• KPI
• Incident Resolution Rate
• Network Availability
• NOC meantime to Resolve (MTTR)
• SLA Compliance
• NOC Time to Action
• Interpret external alarms to ensure availability of power on all managed sites

Educational Level:

• First Degree in Electrical/Telecommunications/
• Computer/Information Systems or any related discipline

Experience:

• 1-3 years’ hands-on experience in telecom sector.
• Candidate must possess excellent customer interface, analytical and presentation skills and be able to influence internal and external organizations.
